Our standard office visits start at $150 for acute/sick visits and $250 for comprehensive new patient visits. Functional medicine consultations, which include extended time and in-depth evaluation, start at $350. DOT physicals are $150. We post our pricing upfront because we believe you deserve to know what care costs before you walk in the door.

Unlike urgent care centers where you see a different provider every time, EverLife offers continuity of care with the same provider — Stephanie Wallace, FNP-BC, FNP-C. We offer same-day sick visits like urgent care, but we also provide ongoing primary care, preventive health, and advanced functional medicine. You get the convenience of quick access with the depth of a dedicated family practice.

We offer telehealth appointments for established patients when appropriate — such as follow-up consultations, lab result reviews, and certain functional medicine check-ins.
