Care at EverLife is individualized. Most patients begin with family health visits, and only move into deeper or integrative care if clinically appropriate. Not everyone needs every level. Care is chosen collaboratively.
Family Health (Level 1)
Primary care for all ages, including acute visits, chronic conditions, and prevention. Our insurance-based primary care practice provides comprehensive, evidence-based healthcare for individuals and families. We emphasize prevention, coordination, and whole-person wellness.
Family & Functional Medicine (Levels 2-4)
Deeper evaluation and integrative support for patients who need more clarity, not just prescriptions. Our functional medicine practice takes a root-cause approach to health. We spend time understanding your complete health story and create deeply personalized, integrative plans. Clinical focus includes thyroid dysfunction, gut and microbiome disorders, hormone imbalance, fatigue and brain fog, chronic stress and burnout, fertility and ovulation optimization, postpartum recovery, metabolic and nutrient dysfunction, and complex inflammatory patterns.
Care Levels
Level 1 - Foundational Care
Primary care visits focused on symptoms, history, and immediate needs.
Many patients find resolution and clarity at this level alone.
Level 2 - Deeper Evaluation
When needed, care may include more detailed history, longer visits, or targeted labs to better understand contributing factors.
Level 3 - Integrative Support
For ongoing or complex concerns, care may expand to include integrative strategies that support the whole person.
Level 4 - Long-Term Stewardship
Some patients benefit from longer-term guidance and follow-up to support sustained progress and prevention.
